Purpose of Website

This website is dedicated to protecting people from unethical lawyers and other who care little what their clients wishes are and are only concerned about how much they can extract from an estate.  A real life case will be outlined on this website and only information available in Public Records will be shown.  All opinions expressed on this website are the express opinions of the webmaster who has the right, as an American Citizen, to express his views.    The case is:

                             Commonwealth of Massachusetts
                                           The Trial Court
                        Probate and Family Court Department

Estate of Annette Villeneuve                             Docket No. 07P-0556-EP1

The "GRIEVING GRANDAUGHTERS" were in the woman's home approximately an hour after her death and removed untold assets from this estate.  The granddaughter on the right with all the documents in her arms was specifically left nothing in the Will and is removing property from the house.  The granddaughter in the middle has the woman's purse in her hands.  They were so excited by the death of their grandmother they brought a friend to help them remove assets from the estate.

The principal methods how lawyers and others can rip off an estate are as follows:
  • Power of Attorney
    • No Lawyer needs your Power of Attorney.  If you must give someone a Power of Attorney give it to a trusted family member or friend.  Lawyers can not be trusted.
  • Wills
    • Never sign a Will without reading it. Explain your intentions to a trusted family member or friend and ask them to review the Will before it is signed to insure it is what you want.  Don't ever trust your attorney to tell you what is in the Will.  Also, if the draft Will is not what you requested FIRE THE ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY.
  • Codicil to Will
    • Never sign a Codicil to your Will without reading it.  Explain your intentions in making out the Codicil to a Trusted family member or a friend and give them the Will and Codicil to review.  If the Codicil is not what you asked for FIRE THE ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY.
  • Executors / Trustees of you Will
    • Never make your attorney the Executor or Trustee of your Will.  If you want the attorney to be Executor or Trustee put someone else as Co-Executor and Co-Trustee with equal power to insure your wishes are met.
  • QUIT CLAIM DEEDS
    • Never sign a QUIT CLAIM Deed without reading it first.  QUIT CLAIM Deed's convey your property to someone else and can not be reversed.

Click Here to get an overview of the case.  This document was filed with the court on September 14, 2007 in order to inform the judge what was going on in this case.  An Attorney whose Motion to Withdraw from the case never showed up for a hearing after May 30, 2007 yet sent bills for Reading the Court Orders to attend Court and still didn't show up.  The Temporary Executor and then the Special Administrator appointed by the court (who is supposed to be impartial and unbiased) continually met with the person who specifically is disinherited in the Will and had unencumbered access to the property from January 8, 2007 - November 27, 2007 and had the keys (neither the Temporary Executor nor the Special Administrator, in our opinion, secured this estate nor had the keys to the property until after November 26, 2007.  Annette Villeneuve died with approximately $141,000 in cash in the bank and owned three two family homes that were fully occupied when she died.  The Temporary Executor attempted to evict three out of four of the paying tenants and collected no rent on Annette Villeneuves home although someone was living there until July 11, 2007.  As the tenants fled none of the apartment were re-rented.  This case is a lesson on why you must be proactive on writing your Will and NEVER sign anything without reading it first.

AT THE TIME THIS WEBSITE WAS DEVELOPED NO LAWYER INVOLVED IN THIS CASE HAS GONE TO THE DISCIPLINARY BOARD OF OVERSEERS TO REPORT WRONGDOING BY ANOTHER LAWYER NO MATTER HOW MUCH PROOF OF WRONGDOING THEY HAVE BEEN PROVIDED.  WE BELIEVE OFFICERS OF THE COURT HAVE A LEGAL OBLIGATION (OR AT LEAST A MORAL ONE) TO REPORT WRONGDOING BY OTHER LAWYERS.

WRITE TO YOUR SENATORS, CONGRESSMAN, AND STATE ELECTED OFFICIALS AND DEMAND LAWS BE ENACTED TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM UNETHICAL LAWYERS AND INSTITUTE LAWS TO PUNISH ANY LAWYER WHO DOES NOT REPORT WRONGDOING BY OTHER ATTORNEYS TO THEIR STATE'S DISCIPLINARY BOARD.
